Spanish demo site update

Construction at the Spanish Demo site, Ctra. Martorell 238,  has officially commenced despite the rainy days on April 24th.

A team of experts has started placing the first segments of the prefabricated front façade, using a small crane. It will combine its aesthetic value and installation ease with active and passive energetic solutions, including effective insulation, ventilation systems, windows with shadowing systems, and photovoltaic panels.

The work on the back façade has simultaneously started with the fitting of the scaffolding. This area of the building will have an ETICS façade that will contribute to the insulation of the building and the subsequent energy demand reduction and comfort increase.
