Sustainable Places Conference
We are thrilled to share the highlights of our PLURAL project participation in two engaging workshops at this year's Sustainable Places Conference. The event took place in Madrid, Spain, and our project coordinator, Maria Founti attended the conference in person and presented the remarkable achievements of the PLURAL project at both workshops.
One of the highlights of our participation was the co-organization of the workshop "50 Shades of Industrial Deep Energy Retrofit" alongside other esteemed projects. This collaborative effort allowed us to delve into the multifaceted aspects of industrial deep energy retrofitting and foster insightful discussions. The workshop provided a unique platform to exchange ideas, share experiences, and explore innovative solutions for energy-efficient retrofitting in industrial settings. We are immensely grateful to all the project coordinators involved in this workshop for their remarkable cooperation and dedication.
Additionally, Maria had the opportunity to participate in the "Renewable Heating and Cooling Solutions for Buildings and Industry: 4th Edition" workshop. This marks the third consecutive year that our project has actively engaged in this important workshop, highlighting our commitment to sustainable solutions. The workshop served as a valuable forum to showcase our project's advancements, learn from other industry leaders, and contribute to the collective effort of promoting renewable energy solutions for buildings and industries.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who attended the workshops, whether in person or through the hybrid format. Participating in the Sustainable Places Conference has been an inspiring and rewarding experience for our team. The exchange of knowledge, the networking opportunities, and the chance to learn from other projects in the field have further inspired our commitment to achieving our project goals. Thank you to the organizers of the conference for providing a platform for sharing our work and fostering collaboration.
As we conclude this year's conference, we eagerly look forward to the future and the next edition of Sustainable Places. We hope to continue our active participation, further contribute to the advancement of sustainable practices, and strengthen our connections with like-minded individuals and organizations. Together, we can drive positive change and create a more sustainable future for all.
Thank you once again to everyone involved in making the workshops a resounding success!
