Steering Committee Meetings
Online
At the Kick-off meeting of the PLURAL project, the consortium established a Steering Committee, including the Work Package and Task Leaders, the Exploitation and Dissemination Manager, and the Coordinator. The Steering Committee was created to be the driving force behind the project's strategic decisions and overall direction.
One of the important tasks of the Steering Committee is to maintain regular online meetings, recognizing the importance of communication and collaboration, the coordinator decided to meet every two to three months, providing a structured schedule for updates, discussions, and decision-making.
Firstly, these meetings serve as an update session, where each member has the opportunity to share insights into the status and progress of their respective work packages and tasks. This ensures that all stakeholders are kept well-informed about the developments across all elements of the project.
Secondly, they provide a discussion for in-depth discussions on critical tasks and challenges that may have occurred since the last gathering. This collaborative problem-solving approach allows the Steering Committee to leverage the diverse expertise of its members, ensuring that issues are addressed and solutions are tailored to the unique demands of the project.
Thirdly, the Steering Committee meetings are key moments for decision-making. Whether it involves adjustments or project directions, decisions made during these sessions shape the future of the PLURAL project. The inclusion of the Exploitation and Dissemination Manager adds a layer of focus on maximizing the project's impact and ensuring its outcomes reach the intended audience and stakeholders.
